Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement with Azteca Systems, Inc. in the amount of $44,168.00.  The maintenance agreement is used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to provide maintenance and support for the City of Savannah's CityWorks software system.  This is a sole source agreement because Azteca Systems, Inc. is the original provider of the software.  It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if it is necessary.

This project was not identified as an SBE project because this is a sole source procurement.

The contract term shall be from July 1, 2019 thorugh June 30, 2020.
