Description

Speir & Brogdon LLC have petitioned to donate two parcels located off San Anton Drive south of the Wilshire Treatment Facility (PINs 20753 01033 & 20754 04011). The parcels consist of 1.45 acres in total, are undevelopable, and primarily wetlands. The parcels would serve as an additional buffer between the Wilshire Treatment Facility and the Wilshire Estates neighborhood.

The petition has been reviewed and approved by Water Resources Administration and Real Estate Services. The City would incur closing costs. Also request the City Manager be authorized to execute associated closing documents.
