59. Approval of a Major Subdivision: Hamilton One and Hamilton Two, Eastern Wharf. The proposed property totals 0.801-acres and will consist of 18 Lots and 2 open spaces. The property is located in Alderman District 2 has its entrance off President Street.

Description
The proposed subdivision of Hamilton One will create 9 individual Lots & 1 Open Space. The proposed subdivision of Hamilton Two will create 9 individual Lots & 1 Open Space. The public right of way was created with the Mayors One subdivision plat (book 52 Page 555). Eastern Wharf Residential, formerly known as Savannah River Landing development, is proposed to be an approximately 187 residential unit development on +/-11.31-acres consisting of 5 Phases. The site is being developed in accordance with the “Eastern Wharf Planned Unit Development” previously approved in 2018 and amended in 2019. The 187 total units will be a mix of townhome style units and multi-family residential units. 
 
According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel #13051C00154G, the subject property is in Zone AE, a Special Flood Hazard Area. The water and sewer service for this project area is provided and maintained by the City of Savannah.
