| Description The Material Testing & Quality Assurance Testing will be for the SAC 30636 Construct Apron Phase 1B, Construct Road Project. This testing is required for this project in accordance with the International Building Code. A request for proposals was sent out to all qualified Testing Laboratories in the vicinity and concurrently posted on the airport’s official website, allowing a two-week window for submissions. The following bids were received:
