| Description The Savannah Waterfront Community Improvement District (SWCID) was established to provide leadership and implement strategies that enhance and strengthen Savannah's waterfront. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will authorize implementation of Phase I of the SWCID Vision & Implementation Plan to include ironwork, lighting, and refuse enclosure improvements. The MOU establishes project responsibilities, implementation procedures, and a funding partnership between the City and SWCID for a total project budget of $1.5 million. | |
