| Description This amendment is in response to a request from the City of Bloomingdale to expand the service area in their municipality where they can use water provided from City of Savannah from an existing meter location and within the existing maximum limits. It also includes a mutual recognition of a likely future connection to surface water and modernizes the agreement with certain provision to ensure stable system performance for all customers. | |
