The Savannah Airport Commission (SAC) approved a contract last month with Structural Waterproofing & Restoration to perform maintenance on the north economy and the long-term hourly parking garage. This task order authorizes construction administration services for the restoration of the north economy garage and roof repairs on the long-term hourly garage. Mead & Hunt, Inc. and Walker Consultants will provide all required contract administration and construction phase service inspections, to include labor, materials, equipment, and support. Mead & Hunt will serve as the prime consultant, responsible for project management, contract administration, and overall project oversight. Walker Consultants will act as the lead structural designer and direct the technical design components of the project. Construction administration services will support quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely project delivery.
