| Description The project was originally approved in October 2025. The original scope of work includes the complete removal and replacement of six existing aluminum frame doors, installation of new laminated insulated glass, upgraded hardware, and new frames and jambs to meet current performance, durability, and safety standards. This change order adds the materials and labor required to install a new style maglock and the additional power supply needed to operate the specified push bar Electronic Latch Release (ELR) system. These items were not included in the original scope of work. | |
