The project will include replacement of the existing system headend, local intelligent control boards, and other support elements, while utilizing existing locks, readers, and other passive infrastructure to the greatest extent possible.  Services under this task order include LIDAR scanning and Revit model development; architectural, electrical, civil, and systems design support; preparation of construction drawings and specifications; and bid and award phase services.  The replacement system is anticipated to utilize either the Honeywell or Genetec access control platform, both of which are currently being evaluated by the Savannah Airport Commission.  This project qualifies for reimbursement through the use of the Passenger Facility Charge Program.
