The proposed software will replace the CityWorks system, which has become outdated due to limited vendor support. The new solution will provide a unified platform that consolidates multiple functional modules into a single, fully integrated system. It will support key operational areas, including safety, maintenance, and administrative management, as well as FAA Part 139 compliance and work order management. This is a 5-year SaaS purchase. Total implementation time is anticipated to take approximately 5 months. A Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on March 11 and closed on May 1. Staff evaluated all submissions and shortlisted two vendors for in-depth demonstrations. Following a comprehensive review, staff recommends the selection of Veoci as the preferred vendor.
