| Description Georgia Power needs an easement in which to install, operate, and maintain electrical distribution lines on City-owned property to service the new arena. The lines will be installed at the service and parking garage entry along the northern end of the arena site. The easement has been reviewed and approved by Real Estate Services and the Office of Capital Project Management.
