Description CCC Grove at Ardsley Park, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Grove at Ardsley Park, a development consisting of the construction of multi-family buildings, clubhouse & pool. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 12.13-equivalent resident unit development located at 4634 Abercorn Street. The Water and Sewer Connection Fees totaling $46,700.50, which are based on the proposed water consumption, shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of the water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
