Description The Drayton-Parker Companies (DPC) is planning to develop a new convenience store and fueling station (project) at the southeast intersection of Abercorn Street (SR 204) and Sweetwater Station Drive. The development will require sewer service be extended to the project site and the new sewer line will be dedicated to the City upon completion. The line will traverse along the westerly portion of the City of Savannah Fire Station across the street from the project site and will also traverse under Grove Point Road. DPC will need a temporary construction easement, not to exceed twelve months, in order to develop the new sewer line and have it accepted for dedication by the City. | |
