Requesting approval for acquisition of 0.03 acres of permanent easement at 1101 Stiles Avenue (PIN 2-0050 -17-001A) necessary to facilitate the West Gwinnett Street Road Widening Project in association with the Arena Development. This property is owned by the Church of Christ Holiness Unto the Lord, Inc. and is located on the south side of West Gwinnett Street, west of Stiles Avenue.  As determined by a third-party, well-qualified appraiser, fair market value for the easement totals $7,000. In light of affected improvements not initially addressed in the appraisal, the City and owner have negotiated to a purchase price of $15,000.

Further request approval for the City Manager to execute all associated closing documents.
