| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for lot clearing from Beers Housing, Inc. in the estimated amount of $120,000. This contract will be used by the Code Compliance Department to address overgrown lots throughout the City when property owners fail to address the overgrowth conditions. If the property owner does not provide payment, the City will assess a lien against the property. No DBE goal was established for this event due to due to absence of sub-contracting opportunities. The contract term shall be from June 20, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
