| Description Project DeRenne is a 5-phase process for developing long-term solutions for the revitalization of the DeRenne Avenue Corridor. Phase III, (current phase) involves the environmental review process to understand the impacts the preliminary design may have on all aspects of the project. The RAP will be chaired by City staff and managed collaboratively with City, federal, state, and local partners and will provide affected property owners and tenants with access to project resources and information.To support this project. The City currently leases a 1,500 square foot space at 5521 Abercorn Street, Unit 400. Within Phase III, planned are various public outreach meetings, and this will be a dedicated and accessible space to support those impacted by the Project.
