Eugene Street Investments, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 308 Dennis Street Project, a development consisting of nine single-family homes located on Bruce Street between Dennis and Eugene Streets in the President Street Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 4. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 12-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $34,650 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
