| Description This is to procure a contract for Debris Monitoring and Oversight Services with Thompson Consulting Services in an amount not to exceed $750,000. This procurement was conducted using the Request for Proposals (RFP) method, which evaluates multiple criteria in addition to cost, as outlined in the scoring matrix above. Proposals were assessed based on the firms’ qualifications and experience with projects of similar size and scope, emergency planning and response expertise, key personnel, project understanding and approach, management and reporting systems, training manuals, fee proposal, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation. Due to the possibility of FEMA reimbursement, Local Preference could not be considered in this solicitation. Four proposals were received in response to this RFP. All proposals were reviewed and fully evaluated by a selection committee of City staff. The proposals were advertised, opened, and reviewed. The proposers were: B.P.
