Rivermoor Investments, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Rivermoor West, a 98-single-family residential townhome development at 170 Highlands Boulevard. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this development.

The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. It will result in water and sewer tap-in fee revenues to the City totaling $470,761.70.
