| Description This is to award an annual contract for city-wide elevator servicing and maintenance to TK Elevator Corporation in an amount not to exceed $133,542. This contract will be used to provide service and maintenance on all elevators that are the responsibility of the City of Savannah. These services include preventative maintenance, unexpected repairs, and service to ensure compliance with State regulations.
The bid was advertised as Savannah First, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on July 27, 2023. This contract also includes four (4) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
