| Description The Kubota tractor will be assigned to the Airport’s Ground’s Department and is a replacement unit. The Commission advertised a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from May 1 – June 2, 2023. There were 2 bids received, including an incomplete bid. Shea Tractor and Equipment Company, Inc. submitted a complete response meeting all specifications.
The bidders are:
