Augusta Transport & Land Clearing, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for New Hampstead R9 North Subdivision, a development consisting of 53 single family homes off Little Neck Road in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 53-equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $339,200 shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
