| Description 501 East Bay Street LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 501 East Bay Street Apartments, a development consisting of a four unit apartment complex on Bay Street in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this two equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $7,700 shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
