Description

This contract is for the Liberty City Parking Lot Expansion project with Lynn Construction in an amount not to exceed $99,347. This project will construct an additional 11 parking spaces along the western border of the existing parking lot. The State of Georgia’s job order contract is to be used to perform this project to meet time constraints and City ordinance requirements. The State of Georgia’s job order contract is considered a convenience contract that is available for use by all State, City, and County public entities. The purpose of this contract is to provide multi-traded general construction services to accomplish small to medium sized projects for repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, renovation, and minor new construction to infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The State of Georgia used a competitive bidding procedure to select contractors to perform these services for this project. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.
