| Description Steven Baldwin & Associates will provide professional airport management advisory support to include, but not limited to, minimum standards, rules and regulations, governance strategy, independent fee analysis, operational management, and concession consultations. Services are anticipated to include up to 25 hours of professional staff labor per month. The monthly retainer is $5,500. The existing contract with Steven Baldwin & Associates expires on July 31, 2024. This new Agreement will begin on August 1, 2024, and expire on July 31, 2025. | |
