Description
Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Innovative Packaging Leaders, Inc. for curbside recycling carts in the estimated amount of $115,228 This contract will be used by the Sanitation Department to meet the service demand and maintain adequate inventory for routine cart replacement.
This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released.
The contract term shall be from July 2, 2019 through December 31, 2020.
