| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for City-Wide HVAC Maintenance from Edge Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in the amount of $83,400.00. This contract will be used by the Facilities Maintenance and Operations Division to maintain HVAC systems City-wide. This contract was originally approved by Council on July 20, 2017. This is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term expires December 31, 2018. | |
