| Description Recommend approval for advanced support services for EnerGov software from Tyler Technologies in the amount of $40,000. EnerGov is used to track permitting and inspections activities with various City departments. The advanced support services will be used by the Development Services Department which include new features and improvements and will ensure the City stays up-to-date with the latest features as they are developed and released. Also included is the unlimited access to the Tyler online training opportunities. The software maintenance is for the period of July 18, 2019 through July 17, 2020. This is a sole source purchase as EnerGov is the original manufacturer. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if necessary. | |
