| Description This amendment deletes Part 4, Chapter 8, Article B, Property Maintenance, Section 4-8025 through Section 4-8028 adopted in August 2008 to allow for the establishment of an Administrative Board with a Hearing Officer to adjudicate Property Maintenance cases. These processes have not been used since 2013, and are no longer necessary due to changes in the way code compliance cases are handled in Recorder's Court.
