| Description Savannah Airport Commission (SAC) issued RFQ 2025-0014 for the procurement of one Front Deck Mower with a Cab. SAC initially awarded the bid to Shea Tractor Company during the May 2025 Commission meeting. However, after the award, it was determined that Shea Tractor could not provide the air-conditioned cab as specified in the bid. Due to this non-compliance, SAC canceled the order. SAC then contacted the second-lowest qualified bidder, Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation of Atlanta, who confirmed they would honor their original bid price of $74,624. SAC now seeks approval to award the contract to Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation. The mower will be used by the Grounds Department. | |
