Description

Starland Property Company, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Starland Village, a development consisting of 116 apartment units and general commercial space on Bull Street near 38th Street in the President Street Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 2. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 41.40 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $159,390 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
