SHDC, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Highlands Phase 9, a development consisting of 104 single family homes in the Godley West service area on Orkney Road and is in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 104 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $448,760 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
