New Hampstead Tract 5B, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Oakwood at New Hampstead Phases 2-3, a development consisting of 210 single family homes in the Travis Field service area off Highgate Boulevard and is in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 210 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,344,000 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
