| Description VYOM 5920 LLC has requested a development agreement for property located at 5920 Ogeechee Road consisting of 1.13 acres. This agreement is for the renovation and expansion of its existing gas station and convenience store. With this agreement, the developer agrees to make an annual payment in lieu of taxes as outlined in section 3 of the agreement. The property is in the Gateway service area and is in the unincorporated area of Chatham County. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
