Description

Georgia Power Company (GPC) has requested a utility easement at the City-owned Daffin Park, located at 1401 E. Victory Drive (PIN 20076 29001). Additional electrical service is required due to the construction of a new building on site. The easement area will accommodate a relocated distribution line and an additional electrical pole with anchor, guy wires, and transformer.

This request has been reviewed and approved by the following departments: Water Sewer Planning & Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Stormwater, Development Services, Planning & Urban Design, Park & Tree, and Real Estate Services.
