| Description The developer of a subdivision within the New Hampstead master development has completed a lift station and water/sewer infrastructure and is seeking to dedicate this infrastructure to the City. The dedication language of the plat was not as clear as desired, so staff requested the developer grant a quit claim deed to clear up any potential title issues. Staff recommends acceptance of the quit claim deed and associated lift station improvements. | |
