Execute a contract to renew an annual contract for promotional testing and assessment for SPD to Morris and McDaniel, Inc. (117 South Saint Asaph Street, Alexandria, VA)^(D) for an amount up to $104,375.

The Savannah Police Department utilizes this contract to conduct promotional assessments for the ranks of Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain. The Police Department seeks to provide department members with a promotional process that is inclusive, transparent, and fair utilizing sound procedures and consistent methodologies. The increase of the contract is due to the addition of the rank of Corporal.

This contract was originally awarded on June 11, 2020 for an amount up to $69,375. This is the second renewal of four annual renewal options.
