The Change Orders are for modifications and additions to the scope. Change Order Number 1 is due to a change that was requested by the City of Savannah during the preconstruction meeting.  This will add new signage to the speed humps on Aggett Drive ($769). Change Order Number 2 is being submitted because one of the existing lights poles was found to be in the new curbing after final layout.  The light pole was removed per the plans but was not shown to be reinstalled.  After reviewing whether the light was needed and assessing the possibility of adjusting the curbing it was decided that it would be better to install the light pole further behind the new curb ($4,685). Change Order Number 3 is for scope changes that include modifications to the head end system for the new fiber connections servicing the security cameras at the rental car lots.  There will be upgrades to the switches, fiber patch panels, and an added rack.  After reviewing the number of cameras to be installed at the rental car lots, it was decided that the Airport’s future fiber runs for new service to the EOC and other locations would need additional space and by using the existing space we significantly lower that capacity.  This costs also includes installation of two conduit runs with junction boxes for future electric vehicle charging stations ($42,680).
