Description The City (as Tenant) currently leases +/-10,091 square feet of office space located at 2250 East Victory Drive and operates it as the Eastside Precinct of the Savannah Police Department. The existing lease expires at the end of 2024. There are no additional extensions available. The Landlord has agreed to provide the City with four, one-year options to extend the lease; bringing the potential lease end date to 12/31/2028. The base rent for 2025 will escalate slightly at 4% to yield an annual rental cost of $175,436. Annual 4% escalators will apply for subsequent years. | |
