| Description This is for contract modification no. 1 with Great Southern Recreation in the amount of $48,086. This contract amendment is for site grading and additional plumbing connections that are needed for the Victory Heights and Avondale Neighborhoods splash pads. This contract is being used for renovations and new installation of 11 splash pads as part of the City of Savannah’s Recreation Reimagined Initiative, as well as to raise the quality of City recreation facilities while providing increased access to residents.
The original contract for renovation and new installation of 11 splash pads was for $881,000 and was approved by City Council on December 8, 2022. The new contract amount will be $929,086 | |
