Description

This is notification of an emergency purchase for elevator repairs at City Hall with TK Elevator (LOCAL) in the amount of $53,906. 

 

Repairs were initiated on November 27, 2024, for the elevator at City Hall. It was discovered that the controller drive needed replacement.  TK Elevator was called for emergency repairs conducted on the City Hall elevator. The repairs were completed on December 19, 2024. 


Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is TK Elevator Company Contract # Contract #080420-TKE listed on Sourcewell, expiring August 28, 2025.
