The initial bid came in significantly below the engineer’s estimate, allowing the airport to advance with the long-term plan to provide another building for equipment storage. Constructing both buildings will provide additional space for maintenance equipment, meeting supporting long-term facility needs, and extending equipment life. Total revised contract price is $1,049,190. Original Budget is $1,100,000. | |
