| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 5 for Savannah Fire Training Facility with Watkins Associates Architects in the reduced amount of $1,150. The original contract was for the design of the Savannah Fire Training Facility. This modification is the result of changes in building code guidelines. These changes have allowed for efficiencies in design which will subsequently reduce construction costs of the facility. The original contract was approved by Council in the amount of $37,500. The total price of the contract, including this modification is $117,360. | |
