| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No.1 for Industrial and Domestic Laboratory building to Dabbs-Williams General Contractors, LLC in the amount of $24,188.19. The original contract was for the construction of the new laboratory building which will be used as a quality control testing facility for the Water Supply and Treatment Department. This contract modification includes additional building equipment and electrical infrastructure. It also includes a 70 day extension in order to complete necessary work. This contract was originally approved by Council on July 19, 2018 in the amount of $2,038,000. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification is $2,062,188.19. | |
