Recommend approval to award an annual contract for groundwater compliance consulting services to Advanced Environmental Management (3482 Keith Bridge Road  #137 Cumming, GA) for up to $50,000.

The service will be used to conduct groundwater and surface water sampling and analysis, as well as consultation for the Dean Forest Road Landfill. This service assists the City’s Landfill with meeting compliance as it relates to the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (EPD).

The method used for this procurement was a request for proposal (RFP), which evaluated other criteria in addition to the cost. Proposals were evaluated based on qualifications and experience including support capabilities, technical capabilities, fees, references, and Savannah First Local.

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on December 14, 2022. This contract also includes three (3) available annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
