34. Approval of a Major Subdivision: Camden Crossing and Cottage Row Phase 2. The subject property is the second phase in an established subdivision named Camden Crossing and Cottage Row. This proposed phase totals 21.17 acres and will consist of 71 single family lots with varying lot sizes. The property is in Aldermanic District 5 at Little Neck Road and Chalk Farm Way.

Description

The subject property is the 2nd phase in an established subdivision named Camden Crossing and Cottage Row.  This proposed phase totals 21.17 acres and will consist of 71 single family lots with varying lot sizes. The property was annexed into the City of Savannah on October 26, 2006.
Currently zoned PD (Planned Development). Water and Sewer service will be provided by the City of Savannah. Storm water management will consist of an underground pipe system. 

According to FEMA Flood Plain Map Panel 13051C0104G, a portion of the subject property is located within the 100-year flood plain. Zone AE, however all lot areas have been removed from the flood zone by FEMA LOMA No. 21-04-5937A.
