Description The subject property is the second phase within the Rockingham Farms subdivision/development. This proposed phase totals 448.807 acres and will consist of three large lot sizes. Rockingham Farms has its own dedicated access located off of Southwest Bypass (Veteran’s Parkway) east of GA Highway 204.
The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase of development includes the extension of water and sewer mains, the installation of water and sewer services, the installation of a stormwater conveyance system, and the extension of approximately 2,520 lf of roadway. | |
