Description The City of Savannah (Petitioner/Owner), is requesting approval to formally name a newly constructed building located at 425 Pennsulvania Avenue (in conformance with the City Ordinance standards). This building is proposed to be named the “Pennsylvania Avenue Resource Center” to highlight the City of Savannah’s commitment to enhance the community's access to social, educational, economic and health resources that help to improve the lives of residents and increase opportunities for economic advancement and family well-being. The Chatham-Savannah Historic Sites and Monuments Commission recommended approval at their regularly scheduled meeting on February 7, 2019. | |
