Description

This is for contract modification no. 2 for major special event catering services for City staff with Ardsley Station (local) in the amount of $138,600.

This modification is necessary to expand services to accommodate the full five-day celebration for 2026. Additionally, there is a 25% inflation in food costs from 2024 to 2026. This contract was originally approved by the City Manager on March 8, 2023, in the amount of $43,000. Modification No. 1 was approved by the City Manager on February 28, 2024, in the amount of $48,600. The total amount of this contract annually, including this modification, is $138,600. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As requested.

This is an annual contract with two (2) available renewal options.
