| Description The Savannah Airport Commission (SAC) requests approval to award a contract to W.S. Nielson Company, Inc. for the replacement of nine fogged glass panels above Savannah Square. Last year, W.S. Nielson resealed the terminal skylights and removed several panels to assess measurements in anticipation of future replacement. The company has a proven history in skylight maintenance, has successfully completed work on our system, and is uniquely qualified due to its familiarity with the facility, making it a sole source provider for this project. | |
